Our French Macarons are made with premium ground almonds, fresh egg whites, and sugar. This simple combination produces a perfectly delicate texture that crunches on the outside, and then melts in your mouth. Most of our Macarons are naturally gluten-free (with the exception of a few flavors). Our fillings are all made from scratch, and we are constantly creating new seasonal flavors. We typically carry 12 flavors and feature a few new seasonal flavors each month.
